Parents are welcomed and encouraged to become involved in the life of Lakecrest as much as their individual circumstances allow. There is ample scope for sharing time and talents to make the school a better place of learning for the children. We have an active Home and School Association. Our Parent Volunteer Program features services such as driving on field trips, lunchroom serving, guest presentations to classes, and work on a variety of committees, including our Board of Directors. We have an amazing 70% of our families represented in the school in some volunteer capacity or other on any given week. Strong parent involvement is essential to maintaining our excellent academic and extracurricular programs. Parents find Lakecrest as warm and welcoming as their children do.
