Sports Day 2010

June 17th, 2010

Dear Parents/Guardians;

Sports Day will be this Tuesday, June 22nd, rain or shine! There are lots of fun activities planned for the day!!!

Sunny Day: VICTORIA PARK Rainy Day: Gym and SCHOOL

Your children will need to be in their classrooms by 8:30 to get ready to begin the day’s events. They will remain with their class during the Sports Day activities.

If it is an outdoor Sports Day, your child will need:
• Outdoor sneakers and gym clothes.
• Warm clothes to put on in case it gets cold
• Sunscreen, hat, waterbottle

There will be a BBQ Lunch rain or shine. You must provide your child with a packed lunch to eat at the park ONLY IF they will not be having hot dogs.

If it is an indoor Sports Day, Your child will need:
• Indoor sneakers and gym clothes
• Waterbottle
• Same deal with the lunch

Please ensure that your child’s belongings are labeled.

If anyone has a TUG –O-WAR rope, we would greatly appreciate the use of it for the day ! 
